Benjamin Chiaro, CCIM

Ben brings over 17 years of experience to TRUE Commercial featuring an eclectic background of brokerage and consulting, including urban redevelopment/adaptive reuse projects, investment sales, shopping center leasing, restaurant sales, and restaurant/retail tenant representation. In addition to his experience in commercial real estate, Ben holds a B.A. in Business from Millersville University, the CCIM designation, and is an active member of the ICSC. He is actively involved in the community, where he sits on the Board of Directors for York Day Nursery as well as the Downtown Development Group Committee through Downtown Inc. and YCEA. Further, Ben serves on various committees for Leadership York, including Mentorship York, Strategic Planning, and Governance. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys spending time at the beach or traveling with his family, as well as golfing and gardening.
