Benjamin Bass is the youngest Vice Chairman in JLL's national brokerage division, where he has established himself as a powerhouse in both landlord and tenant representation services. With a proven track record of closing high-profile deals and a keen understanding of the New York real estate market, Ben has become an invaluable asset to clients navigating complex transactions. He bases his practice on cultivating exclusive and long-term relationships, and is recognized as a trustworthy and honest advocate for the companies he works with. Benjamin is the current board chair of the Next Generation leadership board for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, an organization he has been actively involved with since 2015. He was also elected to JLL’s Leadership Counsel Advisory Board for a three-year program to help drive the mission of JLL’s leadership board in the local New York market. In 2013, Benjamin was selected by The Commercial Observer as one of New York’s 30 Under 30 in recognition of his position as a rising star in commercial real estate. He was a runner-up for the Real Estate Board of New York’s 2013 and 2014 Rookie of the Year Award. He has also been named a CoStar Power Broker several years throughout his career.
