Ben Wemer
Ben will work with the Bay Area Multifamily Team across the region with an emphasis in the South Bay. He will be responsible for new business procurement and development throughout the region, working closely with stakeholders across all 9 Colliers offices in the Bay Area. Ben holds a B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He was previously employed at Ray Stone Incorporated, a private equity real estate investment manager headquartered in Sacramento that owns and operates 50 investment properties comprised of 1,500 multifamily units, 1,100 senior living apartments and 1.1 million square feet of retail. Ben has an exceptional amount of passion for the business and we are extremely excited to have him launch his brokerage career with a top tier firm. Outside of work, Ben enjoys traveling, skiing, coaching, and playing basketball and loves everything sports, especially his Ducks. He looks forward to joining the Colliers family and is excited about the opportunity at hand.
