Ben Udell

Ben serves as Vice President of Investments at EvCap Investments, where he is involved in all facets of deal execution, including deal sourcing, analysis & underwriting, project management, equity & debt capitalizations, and new business development. In this role, Ben spearheads the deployment of LP and JV capital for a diverse range of retail acquisitions and developments, specializing in net-leased real estate and overseeing projects from ground-up construction to value-add repositioning. Ben is also the Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker for CPPCRE Illinois LLC.
