Ben Tolson

Ben is a member of AQUILA’s Management Committee and is an integral part of the firm’s Asset Services team. Ben is charged with shaping the growth and long-term strategies for the firm across all asset-focused business lines and driving the performance of the firm’s current office portfolio. Ben’s experience ranges from short-term repositioning efforts to long-term value creation assignments to new development. Ben’s approach is informed by his experience working in all facets of office real estate: from building sales to land transactions to office development. A native of the Washington DC area, Ben remains a staunch Washington fan in an office full of Cowboys.
