Ben Tashakorian, a Executive Managing Director, joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002. Ben brings his knowledge and expertise of commercial real estate investments to better serve his clients. Since joining the firm, he has personally evaluated $3 billion dollars in assets. Ben has over 500 career closings, surpassing a billion dollars in sales and 12 million square feet of commercial space in over 30 different states. In 2015 Ben was appointed to Institutional Property Advisors, an exclusive division of Marcus & Millichap.
