Ben Sullivan

Ben Sullivan has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2004. He specializes in the sale of retail shopping centers throughout the southeast and has represented a variety of clients in their property acquisition and disposition strategies. Prior to joining Market Street Retail Advisors, Ben spent 10 years working for a retail development company where he handled all aspects of the development process from site selection through final disposition. Ben is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
