Ben Stafford

Ben Stafford joined Pattillo Industrial Real Estate in 2005 and is Vice President, New Investments. He is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and capitalizing on new investments including development opportunities (build-to-suit & speculative) and building acquisition opportunities in GA, SC, AL, TN, KY, and NC. He spearheaded the creation of and oversees the construction management department which manages the design and construction delivery process for ground up and tenant improvement projects. He is responsible for business development and relationship management with the brokerage community and economic development professionals throughout the southeast, as well as marketing and branding for the company.
