With a primary focus on the region’s core urban submarkets, he has closed over 50 transactions totaling more than $180+ million in value since joining the firm in 2018. Known for his persistence, integrity, and attention to detail, he delivers results through an exceptionally focused, advisory-driven approach. Ben has built his reputation on placing paramount importance on helping his clients achieve their investment objectives with a long-term partnership mindset.
