Ben Sherman

Ben began his career in brokerage working with the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. He then went on to manage the leasing for a 1.4 million sq. ft portfolio, where he successfully brokered over 1.6 million sq. ft of transactions with companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to budding local businesses. Ben specializes in the industrial, retail, retail development and office leasing sectors, and is active in the discovery, analysis and pursuit of acquisition opportunities. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sprott School of Business.
