Ben Schrode

Ben Schrode joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012 and serves as a Senior Vice President in the Detroit office. Ben specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office and industrial properties throughout southeast Michigan. In addition to representing landlords in the metro Detroit region, Ben focusses on transaction management and portfolio optimization for Michigan based multi-market companies. Ben is responsible for growing and maintaining JLL’s local and national corporate client base. Ben has over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. Ben is actively involved as a Young Leader with the Detroit Economic Club, a member of the Michigan science center and Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce.
