Ben Schiesl

Ben Schiesl is Vice President of JLL's Healthcare Tenant Advisory Group, a brokerage team that has been specializing exclusively in healthcare real estate leasing and sales since 1991. He is a strategic real estate advisor to healthcare systems and PE packed medical groups. He provides transactional advisory services related to new leases, renewals, and investments across the country. To date, Ben and his team have executed on over $2B in transaction volume on behalf of healthcare organizations. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Ben was the Assistant Vice President of Broad Street Realty, based in Washington D.C. There, he represented a wide range of organizations from public/private universities, financial institutions, law firms, health systems, and tech companies.
