Ben has thorough knowledge of the inventory and an extensive existing tenant/inventory base, which has brought him success in the industry. His persistence and combativeness is an asset to both the owners and tenants, he brings all his deals to a close and never leaves any details open. Ben’s remarkable success in leasing and sale of difficult projects is what lead him to become vice president in the first four years of his career. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ben spent ten years at CBRE in Oakland/San Jose and eight years with Grubb & Ellis in San Jose. Ben and his wife of 21 years, Winnie, and their daughter, reside in the East Bay Hills in California. In both his personal and professional life, Ben considers himself to be extremely honest and ethical. Ben always keeps his clients’ best interest at heart throughout all of his dealings.
