
Ben Ricketts’ primary focus is on representing corporations, landlords, tenants and investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of warehouse space in the Greater Memphis Area, which includes Western Tennessee and Northern Mississippi. Prior to joining Colliers in 2015, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer for a Memphis-based medical device company, where he oversaw all daily aspects of the company. Previously, Ben had roles in equity research at a mid-market investment bank, where he analyzed and valued companies’ stock, and as a financial analyst at a commercial bank, where he focused on profit & loss analysis and asset-liability management.
