ABOUT

As a leading member of the firm’s Dallas office, Ben specializes in advising office, industrial and healthcare corporate users with their commercial real estate initiatives in the greater Dallas market, as well as across North America. Ben is an expert in representing companies in both the private and publicly traded sectors, where he has overseen his clients’ overall real estate strategy and portfolio management initiatives. He works with upper-level management and corporate executives to advise on site-selection activities, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties for lease and purchase. In addition, he has a high-level of expertise in managing headquarters transactions and corporate relocations. Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Ben began his real estate career at Swearingen Realty Group, where he spent 11 years. During this time, he served as senior vice president and was a consistent top producer at the firm. He completed transactions on behalf of his clients in over 40 states, as well as in Canada and the UK. He was awarded by D CEO’s magazine as a Power Broker in 2021 and 2023. He earned his SIOR Designation in 2022, where he remains an active member in the DFW/North Texas Chapter. Ben attended Southern Methodist University (SMU), where he graduated with a B.A. degree in international studies and a minor in economics. He was a letterman on the SMU football team under both Head Coach Phil Bennett and June Jones from 2008 – 2010. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He loves the great outdoors and is an avid bow-hunter.
