
Charlotte Ben joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2023 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Atlantic, Ben worked as an acquisition officer for a local real estate investment firm in Charlotte, NC, helping identify and source value-add retail opportunities. He also worked as an industrial leasing broker for a national brokerage firm. At both shops, Ben has advised various multi-family clients on land acquisition across the Southeast. At Atlantic, Ben works with the Investment Services team underwriting Single Tenant, Multi-Tenant, and Shopping Center assets, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets. As a Charlotte native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Ben has spent the majority of his life in the Carolinas. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, golf, soccer, and spending time with his friends and family.
