Ben is an expert in waterfront communities including Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, Coquina Sands, The Moorings, Park Shore, Pelican Bay and Vanderbilt Beach area and golf course communities in Collier and South Lee Counties. He has extensive knowledge of site and land purchase and new construction. He earned his realtor license in 1982 and thus began his professional real estate career. Since that time in addition residential and commercial real estate sales Ben has been involved in real estate development, remodeling and general contracting. His background also includes hotel development, ownership and operations. With over 38 years of experience in the real estate industry and licensed in the states of Florida and Michigan, Ben offers his clients a well-rounded understanding of real estate investments. Ben his wife Michelle and children, Rachael and Gabriel, moved to Naples, Florida in 1995. Ben’s hobbies include golf, boating, traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with family.
