Ben Luedtke
Ben joined Hanover Property Company as Vice President of Retail. In this capacity, he will oversee all the marketing of all the commercial properties for lease and sale. Ben Luedtke started his career in commercial real estate over seven years ago. He began as a leasing representative for an office/retail portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet in the Dallas/Ft Worth market. Four years later, Ben redirected his focus to tenant representation and corporate real estate. Over the past three years, Ben has been involved with seven corporate alliances conducting real estate transactions and strategic planning totaling over $4 million in client savings. Ben attended Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. Outside of Hanover Property Company, Ben is involved with the YMCA Partners Youth Foundation, Lance Armstrong Foundation, and Voice of Hope Ministries and is a graduate of Leadership Colleyville, 2000.
