Ben Lazzareschi

Ben Lazzareschi is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where he leads retail advisory services throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. With over two decades of experience in retail leasing, Lazzareschi is recognized as one of the region’s top-performing retail brokers, advising institutional owners and premier retail brands on strategy, and market positioning. Lazzareschi has led leasing efforts for many of the Bay Area’s most iconic retail properties across Union Square, the Financial District, and neighborhood corridors. His landlord clients include Related, Kilroy, Nuveen, Hudson Pacific, Invesco, Columbia Property Trust, Deka, Kylli, Essex Property Trust, Rubicon Point Partners and Waterton. On the tenant side, Lazzareschi has represented a broad spectrum of national and global brands, including Equinox Fitness, Williams Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, SoulCycle, Shake Shack, Mendocino Farms and Charles Schwab. He has also advised leading DTC and fashion brands such as Nike, Allbirds, Warby Parker, Brandy Melville, H&M and COS. Prior to joining Newmark in 2025, Lazzareschi was a top-producing retail broker at JLL, earning multiple “Top Gun” honors as one of the company’s top 10% producers nationwide. He has served on national retail leadership councils and received recognition from the San Francisco Business Times, including a Restaurant Deal of the Year award. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, and industry publications.
