Ben Korman

Mr. Korman, also a native of Israel, began his career there, earning an engineering degree from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa and working as a civil engineer. He came to the United States in 1985, and two years later acquired a master's degree in business administration from New York University. While studying for his graduate degree, Ben also put his practical experience to work, managing the construction of three residential projects on Staten Island (one of New York City's five boroughs). From the start of his partnership with Mr. Cohen, Ben has overseen the day-to-day operations of the company and its property portfolio, improving operating efficiencies and working with the acquisition team to evaluate potential acquisitions.
