Ben Kepple

Ben Kepple is the Director of Commercial Operations at Sherman Associates. He develops and executes the strategy for all aspects of the Commercial department, with a major emphasis on commercial leasing and maximizing net operating income in pursuit of optimal tenant amenities to serve the communities within Sherman’s portfolio. Prior to joining Sherman, Kepple worked as a commercial real estate broker for 10 years. He is an active member of NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and formerly served as a board member for the Mahtomedi Area Educational Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Augsburg College.
