I left the medical field in 1994. After 30 years of practice I wanted a different career. I began to develop real estate and during the next 15 years built 1.9 Million square feet of commercial retail and office space and four residential subdivisions. In 2008 the real estate economy crashed and the company like many others had to seek bankruptcy protection. Five years later we emerged from bankruptcy and basically had nothing left. I got into real estate as an agent and worked with Coldwell Banker for three years before starting my own company in October of 2016. The new company is Southern Tradition Real Estate and we are growing with 22 agents currently and actively recruiting others. I am the President and Principal Broker and have a very active listing and selling client list. I personally do all types of real estate including residential, commercial, farm and ranch and recreational. My goal is to help other agents achieve their goals as a business and to teach them the art of as we called it in medical practice "having a good bedside manner". We will always do the right thing in the right way for the right reason. Our Clients are the most important part of the business and our agents are trained to provide exceptional care and treatment when our Clients have a need for help in real estate sales or purchases.
