Benjamin specializes in retailer site selection and institutional and local project leasing, focusing on Texas. He has completed deals ranging from national retailers and franchises to local mom-and-pop retailers. Since joining Venture Commercial in 2015, he has focused primarily on tenant representation and project leasing with some of the nation’s top retailers, restaurants, and landlords, specifically for new-to-market tenants and groups focusing on the urban core. Benjamin has been integral in the expansion plans for multiple clients, including Clean Juice, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, LaserAway, and various local tenants. Benjamin’s motivation is on building market entrance and new growth strategies while providing critical and transparent real estate counsel in order to create a trusted partnership with his clients. He has extensive experience with: • Leasing and marketing retail space for third parties, representing tenants and conducting third-party land marketing for sale and ground leases. • Managing relationships with third-party landlords and developers. • Creating market analyses for various regional and local retailers.
