Ben Gordy

Being a native of Sussex County, Ben Gordy joined Ocean Atlantic as a college intern in 2005, and permanently after graduation in 2006. He manages the land development of the residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including the entitlements and approvals, coordination of design and engineering, oversight of site and utility construction, and day-to-day operations. Ben graduated cum laude from Wesley College, majoring in Business Administration with concentrations in management and marketing. He has held his Delaware real estate license since 2007. Ben currently resides in the Millsboro area with his wife, Lindsey, and two sons, Connor and Reece.
