Ben Ganzkow

Ben Ganzkow, CCIM specializes in commercial retail properties, development land and urban mixed-use development projects. Prior to joining Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, he was Vice President at CBRE, Inc. in Tulsa for the past 14 years as a leading retail broker. Ben has been active in mortgage lending and commercial real estate since 2001. His brokerage services include sales, leasing, landlord/tenant representation and site selection. In addition to commercial brokerage, he’s a real estate investor and general partner in commercial real estate developments in the Tulsa area. In 2010, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a highly distinguished designation that remains the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals nationally. Ben has 2 children and enjoys spending time with his family on the open plains in Osage County Oklahoma fishing and camping.
