Ben has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999. Ben is an expert negotiator with over four-hundred real estate transactions under his belt, representing national corporations and local companies alike. Ben is always striving to produce maximum client satisfaction in each and every real estate transaction. Before joining Savoy Properties, Ben was a real estate broker for the international brokerage firm CBRE for 12 years. Prior to his time at CBRE, Ben worked for 5 years representing two Fortune 500 clients with their real estate needs throughout the United States. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, he worked in the St. Louis and London offices of The Willis Group – a global commercial insurance provider.
