Ben Elderkin brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on tenant and buyer representation. Before joining TWYN Real Estate, Ben served as Vice President at Avison Young and held a senior advisory role at Tactix Real Estate Advisors, a boutique firm specializing in tenant representation. Over the course of his career, Ben has represented a wide range of clients, including institutional, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations. His portfolio includes work with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (over 1 million square feet of transactions), Thomas Jefferson University, Cardiology Consultants, Woodcock Washburn, Schnader Harrison, The Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia, BET Investments, Shaffer Builders, and US Facilities. Earlier in his career, Ben was Assistant Director at Studley in Philadelphia. He holds a B.A. from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where his research focused on adaptive reuse, mixed-use development, and the impact of tax increment financing in urban environments
