Ben Drew

Ben joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Land Brokerage team in 2016. He works primarily with Jon Rausch and Luke Appert, and brings valuable land and property research skills to the team, along with mapping expertise. He has also developed brokerage skills that strengthen his site searching and relationship building abilities. Through his Master’s program, Ben learned unique analytical techniques and expanded his knowledge of urban planning and sectors of commercial real estate. Prior to joining the land brokerage team, Ben worked as an intern for Cushman & Wakefield’s GIS & Market Analytics department. While with the department, Ben worked on providing mapping and demographic reports to internal and external clients.
