Ben Davidson joined the Neil Walter Company team in 2023 after returning to Washington to launch his career in Industrial Real Estate. With a rapidly expanding client list and an experienced team of mentors to work alongside he has quickly established himself as a broker in the marketplace. Prior to joining NWC, Ben was the Sales and Finance Manager for Ducati & Vespa Santa Barbara in California. His education and work background, as well as his highly motivated work ethic ensure that clients get premium quality of service.
