Ben Cookson

Ben is a key member of the Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group, primarily focusing on market intelligence and transaction management services. Over the course of his career, Ben has specialized as a partner for tenants exclusively, and has utilized his market expertise and attention to detail to ensure the success and timeliness of his client’s requirements. Ben has partnered with clients locally throughout Minneapolis/St. Paul, and also on numerous projects throughout the country, which includes working with several Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Transwestern, Ben spent just over four years at Avison Young on the Tenant Advisory and Corporate Services team. This included extensive work nationally with Thrivent Financials, Cambria USA, Polaris Industries, and numerous other companies locally in the Twin Cities. Ben was named the Minneapolis Emerging Leader for Avison Young in 2017.
