Ben Cahill

Ben enjoys working on a multitude of assignments, including landlord representation, tenant representation, property acquisition/disposition, and investment sales with a primary focus on industrial property. As a real estate investor himself, Ben brings a unique perspective that is helpful in both his landlord and tenant representation accounts. Ben is a graduate of Miami University – Ohio and also has his master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri, a licensed broker in Illinois, and both an SIOR and a CCIM Designee. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his three children and his wife, playing ice hockey, supporting the St. Louis Blues, rusty old cars, boating, & fishing.
