Ben Bruni

Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Ben joined Commonwealth Commercial’s Sales and Leasing team in 2014. His primary focus is in the Industrial and Office markets. Ben provides representation to Landlords and Tenants/Buyers throughout Virginia. Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Ben was accepted into the Virginia Governor’s Fellows Program where he worked in the Office of Virginia Secretary of Transportation. He worked closely with State and local officials to oversee construction of the Virginia Capital Trail, a $75 million project connecting Richmond to Williamsburg. Ben also worked on a North Carolina Senate campaign where he assisted the Finance Department.
