His clients include Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Douglas Development, EYA, Adams Investment Group, Standard Property Group, and Marcus Asset Group. Ben also represents tenants throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He has led market expansions for Ace Hardware, Massage Envy, Sarku Japan, GNC, and others.
