Ben Anderson

Ben is involved in all aspects of real estate advisory work but specifically focuses on office sales and leasing on a local, regional, national, and international level, with a primary focus on tenant representation and occupier services. Ben is a founding member of Colliers | Wisconsin’s Occupier Advisors Group and is one of the leaders in business development, active pursuits, and deal volume. Throughout his career Ben has completed over 2,000,000 SF in transactions accounting for over $85,000,000.00 in deal value. Through his involvement in various organizations and nonprofits he has built and continues to maintain many significant relationships with Milwaukee area business leaders. Prior to joining Colliers | Wisconsin, Ben was an Associate Broker at Cresa Milwaukee starting in 2012, exclusively representing tenants. Ben has a background in finance and consumer behavior.
