Beau Taggart

Beau Taggart specializes in bulk industrial leasing and sales and leads Cushman and Wakefield’s Columbus Industrial Advisory team. Beau has completed over 200 commercial lease and sale transactions valued in excess of $500,000,000 and has helped solve complex real estate challenges for clients including, Macy’s, TD SYNNEX, Pharmavite, Behr Paint, AEP Ohio, Pinchal and VanTrust. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Beau spent over 5 years working for local Columbus commercial real estate firms, first in property management and marketing, before making the jump to brokerage in 2013. Beau is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Class of 2011.
