Mr. Beau Harris began his career in commercial brokerage and development ten years ago. Mr. Harris has a proven record of accomplishment, success, and commitment to the industry having negotiated over $400,000,000 in transactions during his career. With extensive experience in all aspects of commercial brokerage Beau’s primary focus is on the firms build to suit and development opportunities. Beau has cultivated relationships with some of the top lenders, architects, engineers, and general contractors in the Houston area which allows him to offer clients the expert advice and services they need when perusing build to suit and development options. Mr. Harris has personally overseen multiple full-scale developments, assisting the principals with everything from the acquisition and financing of the properties, to the marketing and sales or leasing of the finished product. Mr. Harris oversees brokerage / development operations as well as representing new and existing clients. Beau is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Management and Political Science.
