Basim Abdalla

Basim has almost 30 years of managerial and leadership experience in both the real estate industry and in large corporations including FedEx Express. He was a founding partner of Q Realty Group and Magna Properties and has been an owner of Triangle Associates since 2008. Basim currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Magna Properties and Triangle Associates. His responsibilities include supervision of daily operations, budgeting, operational planning, and auditing operations for productivity and service efficiency. Basim has experience with designing operations and new practices, procedures, and standards to meet and exceed HUD and FHA rules and regulations. He excels in mentoring, training, and successful team-building while minimizing cost and maximizing productivity and long term efficiency and success. Basim is an investor and the managing director of daily operations of Magna Properties and Triangle Associates, totaling over 4000 units of conventional and subsidized apartment communities spanning 3 states . Basim graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BS degree in 1987 and majored in Business Administration, with minors in economics and political science and has also participated in many leadership and graduate courses.
