Fresh out of college in the 80's I started my career by selling Car Phones out of the trunk of my car. I then transitioned into a new growing tech trend called Enterprise Software. From there I got involved in Hosted Software (SaaS/Cloud), then messaging and finally AI. What an amazing ride! In 2022 I finally took my foot off of the corporate gas pedal and moved full time into my first full time entrepreneurial endeavor. Now I'm leveraging skills honed over 30+ software/tech career in my 2.0 career in Real Estate Investing/Development. Focus is on adaptive reuse of warehouse properties for uses such as self storage, industrial, office, retail and general warehouse needs.
