Bart Corbett

Bart Corbett is Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing Office Tenant Representative in Western Canada and one of only 8 office leasing brokers in the C&W Canadian Hall of Fame. As Vice Chair, his strengths lie in his diversity and wide ranging knowledge of both the suburban and downtown core markets, enabling him to better serve his clients with a broad spectrum of strategic leasing advice. His 33 years of office leasing tenant representation experience with Cushman & Wakefield has enabled him to create strong working relationships with landlords and brokers while protecting the interests of his tenant clients. Similarly, his client base has provided him with a wide variety of real estate transactions and solutions at a corporate level. Mr. Corbett has acted on behalf of Vancouver’s top local, national and international corporations for either the disposition, acquisition or re-negotiation of their office space in the Metro Vancouver area. Bart sat on the Board of the Vancouver NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) chapter for 12 years and has acted in a volunteer capacity as an advisor to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Arthritis Society of BC, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Canada and previous sat on the board of directors for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of BC.
