Barry Sharpe

Barry Sharpe is President of Sharpe Properties. As a founding member of Sharpe Properties, Mr. Sharpe is responsible for the property management and maintenance of all aspects of the properties managed by Sharpe Properties. Mr. Sharpe primarily oversees the construction, maintenance, and repairs pertaining to the property maintenance; and handles the financing and leasing side of the property management. Barry Sharpe was raised in both Miami Beach, Florida and Havana, Cuba, and is completely fluent in both Spanish and English. Mr. Sharpe earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Florida. He is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor; has obtained designation of being an accredited claims adjuster (ACA); was an Appraiser Trainee; and past lodge President of B’nai Brith. Mr. Sharpe currently maintains membership with the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF).
