Barry Rothschild

Rothschild has two dual roles at Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate. He manages day-to-day operations and maintenance of client properties. And, as a leasing agent, he develops tailored strategies to achieve optimal occupancy. He works hand-in-hand with clients to make sure their objectives are met. He has experience managing and leasing retail, office, and apartment complexes. Barry specializes in lease negotiations, site selection, market analysis, property management, and marketing, among many other projects. Known for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with tenants, property owners, and investors. He has worked with clients in every stage of business growth, from boot strapped operations to some of the most well-established companies such as AT&T and Sony. Rothschild joined Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate in 2022.
