Barry Oaks

Barry Oaks has been with the firm since 1995 and has been active in the real estate industry since 1991. He has completed many transactions for corporate clients including AIG, Ford, General Motors, Sprint, Tropicana, Verizon, and others. In 2001 and 2003, Mr. Oaks received a Cushman & Wakefield Brokerage Service Excellence Award. In 2000, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) awarded Mr. Oaks with the Office Deal of the Year Award. In 1997, 1999, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006, he was recognized by FGCAR as one of the Top Five Office Producers. In 2004, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) awarded Mr. Oaks with the Office Deal of the Year, and in 2005 and 2007, NAIOP awarded him with the Broker Deal of the Year. Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a board member of the Westshore Alliance, and he has been a member of FGCAR since 1995.
