His business experience has taught him the imprortance of ensuring that every customer enjoys 100% satisfaction with every transaction. Barry has been on the Tenant side of the real estate business being in the position of leasing space for his various businesses. Consequently he understands the issues, difficulties, and risks of signing leases and committing to long term contracts.
