Barry Koon

Barry Koon, Broker in Charge of Lane Properties, is a former Magistrate who served Newberry County for many years. A talented and versatile real estate professional, Barry is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate buying and selling process. He enjoys helping families and individuals find the right home and the best possible financing available. He is a part-time Municipal Judge for the cities of Newberry, Prosperity and Whitmire, a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, a member of the Prosperity Masonic Lodge, Newberry York Rite, Hejaz Shrine and formerly on the Governor's South Carolina Procurement Review Panel. A graduate of Francis Marion University, Barry is a native of the Prosperity area.
