Barry Kaplan
Barry has more than 25 years of real estate sales, development, and property management experience.
He received his BS in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Rider University in Trenton, New Jersey. Barry has the following professional certifications: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) & Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Barry manages the Property Brokerage Division, and has been in charge of marketing and selling over 1,500 condominium conversion units, new home sales and land subdivisions. Prior to joining Savio Realty Ltd., Barry was President and owner of Prime Properties, Inc., Broker-In-Charge of Gentry Realty, Ltd. and Realtor/New Projects Manager with Property Resources, Inc. He has received various awards from the Honolulu and Hawaii Kai Jaycees, including "Man of the Year". Barry was twice recognized by the Honolulu Board of Realtors for exceptional community service.
