Since beginning Ohio Real Estate Auctions in 1997, Mr. Baker has worked full time assisting individuals, financial institutions, county Common Pleas Courts and corporations in the process of asset recovery. In 2008 Mr. Baker carved out a specialty niche of Commercial Real Estate at Auction and has become the expert in that field in the state of Ohio. Prominent clients have included The Huntington National Bank, Fifth Third Bank, PNC Bank, Chase Bank, Bankruptcy trustees, and many others. He has served as Court-appointed receiver for numerous institutions and has served as court appointed Private Selling Officer in foreclosure actions. He has been responsible for the disposition and liquidation of many types of real property assets including, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouses, strip centers and other retail properties, apartment complexes, recreation projects, residential investment portfolios, development and agricultural land. Ohio Real Estate Auctions is the largest real estate Auction Company in Ohio with over 40 Auctioneers on staff.
