Barbara brings a thorough comprehension of the commercial real estate industry with her to every client project she invests her efforts towards both locally and nationally. Operating out of the firm’s Raleigh office, Barbara provides client solutions for complex occupancy issues and aligns optimal real estate with her clients’ short and long-term business goals. To do so, Barbara conducts intensive market research and financial analyses to develop creative strategies that meet or exceed locational, financial and operational necessities. She prides herself in assuring her clients a seamless and efficient real estate process. Before joining Savills, Barbara spent five years with CBRE as part of the occupier advisory and transaction services group, as well as the agency leasing team.
