Barbara Huber is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. She not only achieved excellence as a top-ranked equity research analyst specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) but also played a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing an independent equity research firm. Throughout her career, Barbara honed her analytical skills while working at prestigious financial and real estate firms, including Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, Nomura Securities International, Studley, and Insignia/ESG. Her extensive experience in identifying and researching distressed properties, along with her talent for building and managing relationships with real estate professionals, has provided her with a profound understanding of the real estate market. Although originally from California, Barbara has called Greenwich home for over 20 years, where she lovingly raised her four children. Over the years, she has spent countless hours as the family's dedicated "Huber-driver," exploring Greenwich and Fairfield County, which has granted her an intimate knowledge of the area. Barbara is enthusiastic about contributing her skills, knowledge, and unwavering dedication to assisting you in achieving your real estate goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Organizational Studies and Rhetoric and Communications from the University of California, Davis, where she was also a founding member of the Theta Pi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega.
