Bailey Wheeler

Bailey Wheeler joined the Graham Group Commercial team and Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange in January 2020 as a sales associate. In 2021, she transitioned into a commercial real estate agent role. With experience in residential and commercial sales, as well as landlord/tenant representation, Bailey brings a well-rounded skill set to the team. She works closely with Rob Graham to deliver exceptional, full-service support to each client. Together, they ensure a seamless and positive experience for every transaction. Bailey has personally closed over $20 million in sales, with notable projects including commercial leasing for USCI and Ameritech. Significant assignments also include Pella Windows commercial leasing and assisting in the Sweetgrass Community Development. Her dedication and diverse expertise make her a valuable member of the Graham Group. In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family and kids, always finding something fun to do together.
