Ayal Frist

Ayal is a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive experience in brokerage, investment, development, and construction. As Principal at Stateland Brown, he oversaw property transactions exceeding $1 billion and managed over 1 million sq. ft. of office space across the eastern United States. Ayal co-founded Eretzor Investments, specializing in acquiring and stabilizing non-performing properties, successfully completing over 100 deals with substantial investor returns. As a licensed General Contractor and Principal at Eretzor Construction, Ayal directed the construction of over 500,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvements and ground-up projects, known for delivering excellence and efficiency. Previously, he held leadership roles at Global Pathology Consultants and Agus & Ashkenazy Ventures, driving strategic growth and operational success. Ayal combines deep expertise with a visionary approach. A Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor, he currently leads VADA Properties and Eretzor Properties. Outside of work, Ayal is an avid scuba diver who enjoys exploring the underwater world to relax and recharge.
